Payment
We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Money Orders.
If you wish to pay by money order, please print out a copy of your order and enclose it with your money order.
We will ship your order upon receipt of payment.
Shipping Options We ship via a common carrier, such as UPS or the United States Postal Service. The best service will be selected to deliver your order on time.
Shipping Rates All orders (except International Express Service) add 15% of merchandise total plus $2.00
International —Surface Service
Mexico and Canada add an additional $4.00, All other countries add an additional $6.00
International - Express Service Rates
Due to the variance in rates for different countries, we cannot calculate exact shipping until after we receive your order. Once your order is received we will calculate the shipping charge and send you an email message for your final confirmation and approval. Sales Tax California Residents will be charged 8.75% sales tax.Los Angeles County residents will be charged 9.75% sales tax Returns and Exchanges
The Planetary Society will accept returns and exchanges within (1) months from the date of purchase. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable, with the exception of damaged merchandise. Merchandise refunds will only be made in the original form of payment.
